Plaza Capital Holding is an Indonesia-based investment platform company. Since its inception in 1995, Plaza Capital has established successful companies in three sectors: Automotive, Energy & Infrastructure, and Property.
Milestones
1995
Taman Laguna, the company’s first venture, is a portfolio under Ateraland Group, the holding company for Plaza Capital’s property business. Developed across 20 hectares between 1995 and 2011, it includes 600 housing units (type 51 to 155), 20 shophouses, and 1 hectare of commercial lots.
2002
The business portfolio was expanded into the automotive sector with the establishment of Plaza Toyota as an authorized Toyota dealer. Today, Plaza Toyota operates eight branches located across Jakarta, Tangerang, and West Java.
2005
Kreasi Semesta Group operates as a manufacturer, distributor, retailer, and service provider of consumer goods designed for the automotive industry. The company produces products under its own brands, including Otogard, EVO, Aurora Coating, Gold Line, and Glo, and also manufactures products for leading OEMs in Indonesia.
2006
Recognizing the growing energy demand in Indonesia, Pro Energi was established in 2006, marking the company’s entry into the energy and infrastructure sector. This leading commercial fuel provider now serves over 1,000 businesses across Indonesia.

Developed on 24 hectares, Asana Residence Cibubur presents the concept of city living in harmony with nature. It features a modern minimalist architectural design, optimized layouts, and high-quality construction.

Permata Cimanggis spans 72 hectares, with 55 hectares successfully developed since 2006. Over 2,700 housing units have been delivered and are now occupied, making Permata Cimanggis a vibrant and thriving residential community.
2006
Developed on a 3-hectare site between 2006 and 2009, Permata Kranggan offers 200 housing units in types 30, 38, 45, and 54. The development features a minimum 7-meter ROW road, green landscapes, and 24-hour security.
2007
ProTrans International was established as the investment platform and holding company for the energy and infrastructure business.
2008
Built on an area of 15 hectares between 2008 and 2016, Cibubur Residence features six clusters: Rosewood, Brasswood, Eaglewood, Maplewood, Pinewood, and Cottonwood. It offers approximately 600 housing units designed with a modern minimalist architectural style.
2013
The company expanded its energy and infrastructure portfolio by acquiring Tri Daya Selaras, a fuel transportation company. It now owns and operates a fleet of fuel lorries nationwide in Indonesia.
2018
The company expanded its automotive portfolio by opening its first MINI authorized dealership in Tangerang. Plaza MINI subsequently became the largest MINI dealer with seven outlets in Tangerang, Jakarta, Bandung, and Surabaya.
2019
Pro Trans acquired Puma Energy Indonesia, a subsidiary of Puma Energy International affiliated with Trafigura. Following the acquisition, the company was renamed Pro Tank Terminal. It now operates a world-class, state-of-the-art fuel terminal with a 24,000 KL storage capacity in Samarinda, East Kalimantan.
2020
Having established a reputation as a capable and caring automotive group, the company was granted exclusive rights by Subaru Corporation Japan to become the sole importer and distributor of Subaru in Indonesia.
2022
The company expanded its automotive portfolio by establishing Plaza Subaru in Alam Sutera, Tangerang, the third brand dealership after Toyota and MINI. It now operates seven outlets across Jakarta, Batam, Tangerang, Surabaya, and Bandung.
2023
Garden Residence at Emeralda Golf is the latest residential development. Situated within the Emeralda Golf Area, this housing estate spans 7 hectares. Garden Residence offers 127 luxury residential units, featuring five house types designed by renowned architects: Thomas Elliott for Type A and Type B, and Salim Abdullah for Type C, Type D, and Type E.
2024
The company expanded its energy and infrastructure portfolio by establishing Pinna Foresta Raya, focused on reforestation and producing feedstocks for Biofuels and Bioenergy. This initiative supports environmental preservation and aligns with the company’s commitment to sustainability and renewable energy.
2025
The company expanded its automotive portfolio by being granted the opportunity to open new BMW dealerships in Jakarta and Surabaya. This marks the addition of BMW as the fourth brand, following Toyota, MINI, and Subaru, further strengthening the company’s presence in the automotive market.
2025
In the same year, the company was granted the right to open a new Harley-Davidson dealership in Surabaya. This addition makes Harley-Davidson the fifth brand in the company’s portfolio, following Toyota, MINI, Subaru, and BMW, further enhancing its presence in the automotive market.
